Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal, Shop Pay and Afterpay. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region.

Returns

The return process starts after we've sent out a return label to your email. Once we receive your item, we inspect it to decide if eligible to be accepted or rejected. Please note that this process can take 5 business days (7-10 during holiday season) from the day it was delivered back to us. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be reflected back to your original payment method. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

Unfortunately the only change we can make to a order at this time is the shipping address. Please reach out immediately after noticing the input was incorrect on your order. The best way to change your order address is to contact our support at info@snnude.com. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Shipping

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. Please allow 2-4 business days from the time you've placed your order for your items to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. You will recieve a shipment confirmation where you can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be delivered to you after shipment confirmation has been sent.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps. This is a case by case basis as we try to accommodate shipping mishaps.  Please note that in some circumstances we are unable to solve packages that have been lost or stolen.  Please report issues with 5-7 days after delivery.

We sincerely apologize if you've received a faulty item. Chances of receiving a defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement. Email us at info@snnude.com. Please note that any damaged item request made after 30 days (45 days during holiday season) are no longer eligible for a return, refund or replacement. 

Our processing time is 2-4 Business days after order is placed.  Please allow 7 days for delivery after shipment confirmation notification.
